We have built numerous additions and have many years of experience merging new to existing structures. We love helping design and build these new spaces for our clients and take care of all of the necessary permits and structural and foundation work. Over the years, we have developed great relationships with suppliers across the GTA, and we help our clients select the appliances, materials, and finishes that work for their new space.

Exposed to daily moisture and wear and tear, bathrooms can quickly reveal short-cuts and poor planning. We use industry-leading waterproofing systems such as Schluter-KERDI bonded membranes, as well as moisture- and rot-resistant wallboard, grout and caulk. We also help you select fixtures that have data to support their effectiveness, using tools such as the Alliance for Water Efficiency’s Maximum Performance Efficiency database.

We have experience with a diverse range of flooring materials, such as hardwood (pre-finished, finish-in-place, and refinishing), engineered, laminate, ceramic, porcelain, slate, granite and other stone, concrete and complex mosaics, among others. We have a range of suppliers to source materials based on our clients' needs.

Correct preparation and priming are key to a result we can stand behind. We can help with colour choice and selection of paint from a variety of options - from Benjamin Moore to Farrow & Ball.
